Temperature reading board was installed at Plaza point on Sunday. During the last two years 2008-2010, MLA 1 Dimapur-I A/C, K.L. Chishi has taken up numerous projects for the betterment of the constituency.
According to media cell 1 Dimapur-1A/C, the MLA observing that Dimapur 1 being a semi/urban constituency and the need for sanitation measures and maintenance of proper roads connectivity needed a proper attention has emphasized on construction of drainage systems and improvement of ward circular roads.
Apart from this, Chishi had also installed transformer at various places, besides public amenities such as waiting sheds, erection of police assistance booths, issue of ration cards to the people living below poverty line and street lights has been installed all over the town.
