Trg on value addition of fishery product

Two-days training on value addition of fishery product for women, SHG, societies and communities began Thursday at town hall Tuensang.
The training was conducted under ‘Year of entrepreneurs’ with Amenla DFO Tuensang, Sentinaro FI, Mezevil F.I and Ruokuonoho AFI as resources persons.
The training conducted under the directive of Chizu Kapfo director, fishery and deputy director (training) C. Imti Longkumer aimed to promote the womenfolk on self sustenance on economic value which can be preserved for a long period of time. Altogether 40 trainers from various Churches in Tuensang took part in the training. Some of the products prepared at the training include fish pickle; fish fingers, fish soup etc.
