Zisaji Presidency College (ZPC) Kiphire gate was inundated Friday morning following heavy rains making students unable to attend regular classes.
General secretary, ZPC students’ union Kiphire, Thsatongri Sangtam lamented the drainage system, specially in the vicinity of the college, which has been hampering classes every now and then.
The union in this regard appealed to the department in-charge to repair the drainage at the earliest. Interestingly, ZPC is located adjacent to Kiphire town council office, Kiphire.
