Addressing the Naga Christian Fellowship Chennai (NCFC) freshers Sunday as the guest speaker on July 17, PC Lallawsanga, IPS, ADGP (Coastal Security), Tamil Nadu exhorted the congregation to imbibe the good qualities of the local populace.
“Leave behind the good lessons to the people of Tamil Nadu by living as Christ’s ambassadors”, he said.
NCFC for the first time introduced a one time special membership card for its members on Freshers’ Sunday and informed Nagas living in Chennai to avail the cards from the office of NCFC or to contact its pastor at 09840127998 and general secretary at 09884030876.
NCFC also requested parents, press, Churches, civil societies, government back home to help and co-operate with the fellowship for the successful implementation of the new system and to avoid problems in future.
Further, NCFC informed that it would hold responsibility of only NCFC membership card holders in any circumstances.
Earlier, Khanmung Kashung spoke on behalf of the freshers and special songs were presented by Angela, Akhrienuo and Anungla.
Welcome address was delivered by Kaholi and a special prayer for the freshers was offered by NCFC Pastor Wapangtoshi.
The programme was chaired by Duo while Shiningson said the benediction.
