IT literate youth in Nagaland have been informed that a ‘Job Fair’ jointly organized by CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Nagaland & NIIT Dimapur would be organized at NIIT Dimapur Centre on July 23 between 11am and 6pm. Interested candidates are requested to attend in formals with a minimum 5 copies of resume. More than 15 companies from various sectors will be participating in the Job Fair at NIIT Dimapur Centre to recruit the required manpower for their organizations. It may be noted that a job fair was organized by NIIT Dimapur on April 28 where 60 NIITians were recruited by 28 participating companies.
All GNIITians particularly those sponsored by the government of Nagaland under the Year of Capacity Building 2008-09 have been requested to attend a special session on July 21, 10am on professional practice to be conducted by Imsurenla Imchen, Head of NIIT Dimapur Centre. All NIITians have been informed that classes would remain suspended on July 23 and resume on July 25.
