OCM to embark on new venture

Officers Club Mokokchung (OCM) felicitated outgoing members of the club at its meeting held at DC’s residence on July 28.
In the meeting OCM unanimously decided to organize a programme on ‘Good practice on health care’ in the district during October- November this year.
OCM also decided to undertake renovation work at District TB Hospital with the help of Zion Society, a renowned NGO in the country.
OCM after remaining dormant for many years was reactivated on July 2, 2010 under the leadership of DC, Lithrongla G. Chishi. The outgoing members R. Asenla Keitzar, ADC, Arikumba EAC, Temjensangla EAC, Warren Hollohon, EAC, Keyi Rangting Hegui, EAC and Imrongtemsu, District Horticulture Officer, who are leaving Mokokchung district on transfer to different parts of the state, were felicitated by deputy commissioner, Mokokchung on behalf of the club.
She also introduced the new members Bishwa Mohan Sharma, IAS (Probationer) to the club members. Earlier, Er. Temsuwathi Ao, DIO (NIC) & Member Secretary, OCM presented annual report of the club.
