Ten Naga boys who were abandoned in Pune allegedly by one Mathung Lotha hailing from Dimapur arrived back home Wednesday. On July 11, the boys were taken to Pune by Mathung Lotha promising to employ them in a ‘company’ but after reaching Pune he fled with their money and belongings and when the boys approached the ‘company’ for job, they were told that there was no vacancy. Distressed boys then called up their parents who in turn informed Naga Chrsitian Fellowship, Pune. The boys were then rescued by NCF. Sources said six of them were handed over to Wokha police station while four were sent back home to Dimapur. A case has been registered against Mathung.
