Transfer and posting of NCS officer

In partial modification and continuation of the department of personnel administrative reform notification of even No. dated 14-07-11, and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland Nikhil Kumar has ordered transfer and posting of following NCS officer with immediate effect as under :-
1.    Yanbemo Kikon, NCS Secretary, Science % Technology is transferred and posted as Secretary in-charge Internal work Study Unit/SIU, P& AR Department.
2.    C.K.Nihekhu Sema, NCS Deputy Commissioner, Longleng is transferred and posted as Secretary, Science & Technology.
3.    Ahola Those, NCS, Join Secretary, Urban Development (designate) is transferred and posted as Additional Director, ATI.
4.    Motsuthung Lotha, NCS, Addi, Director, ATI is transferred and posted as Join Secretary, Urban Development.
5.    Neposo Theluo, NCS, Join Secretary, Horticulture (designate) is transferred and posted as Join Secretary, Rural Development.
6.    Tridibesh Roy, NCS, Join Secretary, YR & Sports (designate) is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire.
7.    Murohu Chutso, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire (designate) is transferred and posted as Join Secretary, Power.
8.    K.Libanthung Lotha, NCS, Join Secretary, Agriculture is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Longleng.
9.    Nikhashe Sema, NCS, Join Secretary, Urban Development-cum CEO, Municipal Council, Kohima is transferred and posted as Join Secretary, Youth Resource & Sports.
Chief Secretary, Lalthara  has directed officers to be posted by August 6, positively.
