The NSCN/GPRN (I-M) “yaruwo” (president) Isak Chishi Swu Friday appreciated the positive steps taken by the Baptist World Alliance (BWA), and said his organisation has taken cognizance of the resolution on “Naga Reconciliation Process” adopted at General Council of the BWA in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia July 4-9, 2011. In an appreciation note, “yaruwo” said NSCN acknowledged steps taken by BWA as a significant contribution for peace and God’s kingdom. “Your serious concern for reconciliation inspires us,” Swu said. The NSCN (I-M) “yaruwo” also “highly” appreciated the efforts of the Forum for Naga Reconciliation (FNR) for their sincere commitment to the reconciliation process taken at the right time. Asserting that there were difficulties from human point of view, Swu however said “in the name of God we will certainly do the best we can.” He also said that it was most essential that problems must be solved. Swu said it was also their “sincere believe” that reconciliation was the duty of all Christians and most pleasing to God. “We certainly believe God will help us and the time has come when we must be the master of the situation,” Swu said, and expressed faith in “Jesus Christ our Lord” that Nagas would be reconciled.
