Liangmai Community in Kohima would be celebrating the most important and popular Chaga Gadi festival of the Zeliang on October 31 in Kohima. The organising committee of Chaga Gadi festival has resolved to celebrate the festival harmoniously in a grand manner.
In this regard, the cultural committee has decided to organise colony/ward wise cultural dance competition during the festival where 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize of `3000, `2000 and `1000 respectively will be awarded to the winners and incentive award given to all the participating team.
Cultural secretary, Rutmakbo has appealed to all citizen of Liangmai community to cooperate with the committee for the grand success of the forthcoming Chaga Gadi festival.
