A one day medical camp was organized by Pangti Baptist Church at Pangti village sponsored by Yingdonglo and Chichanimo Ngullie sons and daughters and in-laws.
The medical team led by chief medical officer, Dr. Mhabemo Kithan along with Dr. W. N Ezung deputy chief medical officer, Dr. Motsuthung ZLO, Dr. Zuben DPO (NVBDCP), Dr. Liphamo, Dr. Pithungo, Dr. Zubon, Dr. Wobemo, DPM (NRHM) and nurses and technicians treated around 473 patients.Besides the medical camp, monitoring and supervision were carried out in the health centres, health talks on family planning, mother and child health, RTI/STI and other vertical programmes were given by the IEC staff.
Meanwhile, chief medical officer and his subordinates have expressed gratitude to all who showed hospitality in making arrangements for the camp and for active participation.
