78 Bn CRPF, Zubza conducts first aid course training

The closing ceremony for two-day training programme on first aid course under civic action programme 2010-11 concluded on August 19. 
The programme was organised by 78Bn CRPF, Zubza, Kohima at Unit HQr, 78 Bn CRPF, Sechu Zubza, Zubza,  Kohima with the help of a team of doctors/medical expert staff from Indian Red Cross Society, Kohima. The training was attended by 20 teachers from different schools in adjoining villages.

The function started with a welcome speech by Anuranjan, assistant Comdt. and Rev. Fr. Jose Karappi graced the occasion as the chief guest, Prabhanjan Kumar, Commandant-78 Bn CRPF chaired the function.

The chief guest presented certificates issued by Indian Red Cross Society to the trainees while Prabhanjan Kumar, Commandant-78 Bn CRPF presented first aid box with medicines to the head master of 10 schools hailing from Sechu Zubza, Sechuma, Mezoma and Kiruphema villages on behalf of  78 Bn CRPF.

Rev. Fr. Jose Karappi lauded the initiatives taken by  78 Bn CRPF and said, everyone should have the knowledge of first aid to save lives to some extent.
Thalhou Meyatsu, G.B, Mezoma Vilage, Tsialhou, G.B Mezo Bosa village, Neithorilie, G.B Mezoma Village, Zhasiu, Head G. B. Sechuma Village, Krungulie, Chairman Sechuma village and village chairman, GBs, local organizations, school teachers and officials of CRPF also attended the function.
