Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Dimapur is conducting a two weeks entrepreneurship development programme under PMEGP scheme sponsored by Khadi and Village Industry Commission (KVIC), Dimapur from August 25 to September 7 at conference hall, Urban Haat Dimapur.
More than 69 participants from Dimapur, Wokha, Phek, Mon, Mokokchung and Zunheboto districts are taking part in the programme.
During the inaugural function, assistant director KVIC Dimapur I Athuba Lusang was the chief guest and executive member IIE Dimapur M. Senthy Jamir was the guest of honor.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest highlighted the importance of the programme and explained about the financial matters of the scheme.
He further requested the participants to utilize fund provided by the government in a proper way and recover the sanctioned loan amount on time.
Further, the guest of honor explained the various government schemes and business opportunities in the state.
The inaugural function was attended by Marianus Lotha special officer DIC Dimapur and Gengthau Panmei general member IIE Dimapur.
