Wayne Rooney has been hogging the Man United mirror to admire the results of his hair transplant.
Roo, 25 — who had an op to cure baldness in the summer — confessed: "I’ve spent more time in front of the mirror."
He added: "For anyone going bald it’s a bit stressful — so I made a decision to get it done. I thought, ‘Why not?’ "
But he insisted he will not be a dressing-room rival for former team-mate Ronaldo, who waxes his whole body and has even painted his toenails.
When asked if he would be getting in touch with his feminine side, Wayne laughed: "No, I won’t be like Ronaldo." The Sun revealed in June Roo had hairs from the back of his head replanted at the front, in a process called follicular transfer.
Pal Rio Ferdinand joked to him at the time: "Can’t wait to see you in the mirror after training, styling your locks with loadsa products a la Ronaldo!"
LEE Platt, 28, yesterday admitted trying to extort £5,000 from Wayne’s wife Coleen to return her lost camera containing family photos. Jennifer Green, 25, and Steven Malcolm, 42, denied the charge. The case at Manchester Crown Court was adjourned.
