Backward tag labelled on the Konyaks can be erased only by educating the coming generation, said minister school education & SCERT Nyeiwang Konyak. He said this while addressing the 23rd general meeting of the Konyak Union Kohima on August 31 at Konyak Community Hall Midland, Kohima.
The minister in his speech highlighted the importance of education for the Konyak society. He exhorted the house saying every parent irrespective of financial background, status and position in the society should strive hard to provide quality education to the children.
