19 women arrested under NLTP Act

Altogether nineteen women were arrested by the Excise personnel for illegal sales of IMFL Thursday afternoon. The arrest was made during a surprise raid carried out in houses, shops and joints located in between Phesama to Kisama today afternoon.

The accused were later booked u/s 3(2) of the NLTP Act 1989. Altogether, 154 bottles of assorted IMFL, 65 Bottles of Beer and 99 Cane Beer were seized during the raid carried out by the Excise personnel led by Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent.
