There have been plenty rumours of tension between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s parents over the years.
But the trio certainly looked at ease in each other’s company as they bonded in New York today.
The actress, 36, was joined by Bill and Jane Pitt as she took a break from promoting her directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey. The A-list star was dressed in a white suit for the outing, although it seemed to hang off her tiny frame.
The tabloids have, at various times, suggested brunette did not get along with the couple. There has also been speculation that they were more fond of Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.
However there was no hint of animosity as the beaming women linked arms with Bill following closely behind. The actress later changed into a brown silk dress as she headed off to continue promoting her film. The outfit was seemingly very conservative, however it did gape at the back, giving a glimpse of her wild side.
Her Bengal tiger tattoo, which stretches across most of her lower back, was peeped through the base of her dress. Meanwhile, Angelina, who raises six children, Maddox, 10, Pax, right, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with actor Brad, 47, admits she has been put under pressure by her children to tie the knot.
