Publication of electoral roll for Kohima

Publication of electoral roll for Kohima municipal council in accordance with the Nagaland Municipal election rules 2003 and a copy would be available for inspection at the DCs conference hall, Kohima on January 7 at office hours. Qualifying date for inclusion of names and the preparation of electoral roll was January 1.

However, any claims for the inclusion of names in the electoral roll, objection to the inclusion or any objection in particular in  any entry are to be lodged between January 9-24 in forms 3,4, and 5 or may be appropriate.

All such claims of objections should be either submitted to the CEO’s office or the assistant electoral registration officer of the KMC/SDO (C) sadar Kohima or may be sent by post to the KMC reaching not later than the dates mentioned. This notification was issued by CEO of KMC Elizabeth Ngully.
