Drum workshop underway

Six-day intensive drum workshop organized by Symphony School of Music at Mohonkhala Kohima, got underway on Tuesday. Renowned drummer Lopeno Ovung, Head of Drums Department Asha International Academy Delhi and Angu Panmei Music Teacher Delhi were the resource persons.

Till Thursday the session would be on intensive drum while Friday and Saturday session would be learning how to approach Rockschool drum examination (debut to grade 8) physical fitness, safety measures and drum maintenance to be followed by a jam session.
So far 15 students have enrolled for the workshop.
