NSCN (K) secretary-in-charge ‘trade & commerce’, southern zone L. Tuccu has asked all those transporting goods along NH-53 (Imphal and Jiribam) and NH 39 (Dimapur and Imphal) under ‘trade and commerce’, southern zone to intimate him (mobile no. 9862567272) within ten days.
In a statement, L. Tuccu cautioned those found transporting goods without giving prior information to him would be doing so at their own risks and that NSCN (K) would not be held responsible for any action taken against them.
