NPF, Tseminyu, has mourned the demise of state NPF vice-president, Dr. S. Kemp, on December 19.According to a press release issued by its press secretary, Hyunilo Khing, late Khing before he entered into active politics was a sincere and upright technocrat who served the state government in different capacitates.
The NPF Tseminyu press release further conveyed its condolences to its bereaved family members and eternal rest of the departed soul.
