With the state assembly elections scheduled for February 23, the department of personnel and administrative reforms (personnel ‘A’ branch) has ordered the transfer and posting of IAS/NCS officers with immediate effect.
A government notification date January 19 issued by chief secretary Alemtemshi Jamir has ordered the transfer and posting of 31 IAS/NCS officers.
