Kohima police conducts checks

As per the Election Commission of India (ECI) directive and model code of conduct, Kohima police and security force have been conducting mobile frisking and checking in all places.

According to SP Kohima, all the drivers have been directed to have in their possession the required mandatory vehicle document to be produced to the police on demand.

All the vehicles owners are reminded that the vehicle registration is mandatory and any vehicle (both old and new) moving around without registration will be seized and panelized as per the law, said SP Kohima.
