Naga council Dimapur (NCD) has informed that the Naga Council, Naga Women Hoho (NWH), DNSU and GB Union would conduct proper vigilance and observance of the situation on election day, February 23 in and around Dimapur.
NCD informed all officials of NCD, NWH, DNSU and GB Union to report to Naga Council office at 9 a.m.
