Painting competition organized in Phek

District education officer, Phek in collaboration with the department of science & technology organized a painting competition on the topic ‘Genetically modified crops and food security’ on April 19 at GHSS Phek.

Tosovil Neikha, Asst. Professor Phek Govt. College was the resource person. Altogether 15 students participated in the programme.

The 1st prize was bagged by Tseitu Sakha Royal Foundation School Phek while Veshepolu Khamo and Tulu Nienu from Bishop Abraham School Phek were declared 2nd & 3rd respectively.

Consolation prizes were given to 3 students. The programme was chaired by Kelhikha Kenye PGT. The judges of the competition were Neiku AO, Toso Asst.Prof. and Megosielie PGT.
