Three-day ‘Music camp’ held under the theme Sing a new song to the Lord! Sing to the Lord, all the world (Ps 96:1) and organized by organized by Kidima Catholic Youth Association (KCYA) concluded Sunday at St. Francis Xavier’s Parish Centre, Kidima with financial administrator of Kohima Diocese, Reverend Fr. George Punnolil as the main celebrant.
According to official bulletin,KCYA’s Silver Jubilee, music camp was a part of yearlong calendar programme celebration which is scheduled from December 14-15.More than hundred youth members took part in the three days camping.
The technical demonstration of the hymns through audio visual, different tune practice with voice control was imparted during the camp. Hymn practice, rosary prayer, Eucharist celebration followed by special number presentation on Sunday by the music training participants were the highlights of the programme.
