H2O success formula for students: Governor

State Governor Dr. Ashwani Kumar said he advocates the ‘Formula H2O’ as his secret formulae to success explaining that H2O was an acronym for ‘Hardwork, Honesty and Obedience’ in terms of success.

He said this during an impromptu visit to Mount Tiyi Government College, Wokha on May 1.
