BSNL’S loyalty scheme & new services to NE-II customers

BSNL NE-II circle has launched loyalty scheme for its landline and broadband customers. Customers with monthly bill amount of Rs. 400 and above will get reward points for every Rs.50/- for invoice paid within pay-by- date.

The reward points earned would be redeemed for making free calls within BSNL network after six months. The scheme was launched from April 2013 for rewarding all loyal customers.

Redemption will be in free MCUs and can be done in block of 25 points and maximum 500 points at a time. The scheme was not available to customers who are availing concessions in one or other form.

Also for the convenience of students SMS and IVRS services have been introduced to announce the CBSE results for the year 2013.

By dialing the code 1255536 from  BSNL mobile information can be had from the IVRS system the applicable tariff being Rs.0.30/min. Alternatively by sending SMS to 57766 results can be had with charges Re.1/- per SMS.
