Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) Sunday strongly condemned the incident in some unidentified persons shot at Manoj, the manager of Faith Service petrol pump in 6th Mile Dimapur.
In a statement, DCCI president Hokivi Chishi said such incident might antagonize the civil societies and the public when discussions were on with all the factions in a cordial way with regards to “unabated tax collections.”
DCCI appealed factions not to indulge in such action so as to maintain peace in Dimapur and the state. He also appealed the district administration and security personnel to apprehend the culprits and book them as per the law.
