JDU state unit fetes Nitish Kumar

Janata Dal (United) Nagaland State Unit has congratulated Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar and Bihar State JD (U) for the victory of confidence motion in assembly floor test on June 19.

President JD (U), Nagaland state unit, Mhonjan Lotha stated the decision taken by the JD (U) leaders to quit NDA for the issue of National Agenda was justified, as the that top post job for the world biggest democratic country India should be a “non communal” person as the party stands for secular image for the post of prime ministerial job in the forthcoming 2014 Election.

The state unit hoped that under the leadership of Sharad Yadav MP (Lok-Sabha), and Nitish Kumar would be able to guide the party in a right direction.

The state unit appreciated chief minister Nagaland for his prompt action in taking up the issue with the Assam counterpart for the Rengmas in Karbi Anglong.

JD (U) party also thanked the joint Committee of civil societies Karbi Anglong, Karbi District Administration, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Karbi Anglong Students Association for their sincere effort and prompts service for which the displaced Rengmas in Karbi Anglong could return back to their own ancestral villages.

Further the party appealed to KPLT to desist from any form of violence but to solve any grievances through dialogue so as to maintain old age relationship between two communities.
