Farmer’s seminar to be held in Mokokchung

As part of the Agri Fest 2013, farmer’s seminar on “rapid climate changes and modern agricultural technologies for sustainable livelihood security in Nagaland” has been scheduled on August 15-16 at auditorium, Mayangnokcha Higher Secondary School, Mokokchung. The seminar would be graced by director, SAMETI, Medziphema, Ahovi Sema.

Technical session on the first day would start from 12:30 p.m. on the theme, ‘Modern Agronomic Practices in Changing Climatic Conditions’.

On the second day, the session would start from 10:00 a.m. on the theme ‘Role of Animal Husbandry in Livelihood Enhancement in Nagaland and Value Addition Credit, Marketing Agencies & Farmers’ Group in Livelihood Enhancement’.
