Confederation Of All Nagaland State Services Employees (CANSSEA) has resolved to initiate and activate collection of membership fee of Rs. 50 per head per year from districts head quarter as well as sub-divisions with effect from 2010-2013 and one time contribution of Rs 200 towards Jubilee fund from each member of CANSSEA.
The association president Dr. K. David Sema and general secretary Vekho Vero in a statement said the resolution came up after a joint meeting held with Finance Planning and Souvenir Committees of Silver Jubilee on August 20 at Kohima.
The association also insisted that payment of membership fee by every department/ confederated units be made along with list of employees for maintenance of data base record where to this effect Limameren Additional Director and the Convener, Finance Committee, was authorized to collect membership fee and Jubilee Contribution.
It also informed that the respective districts units/ confederated units are authorized to retain one third of the collected amount of membership fee for office maintenance; that is out of Rs 150 collected for three years while Rs 50 may be retained by units and release the remaining amount of Rs 100 to the Authorized Official/s.
The motto ` Forging Ahead’ along with Logo brought by the Editorial Board of Souvenir Committee was selected by the house as CANSSEA Silver Jubilee Motto stated CANSSEA.
The association also thanked the Jubilee Committee members for taking pains and hardship on Resource Mobilization Tour to all the district head quarters and had thorough deliberation on matters relating to welfare of employees association including forth coming CANSSEA Silver Jubilee Celebration with unit office bearers.
It further informed all bonofide members of CANSSEA to prepare themselves for Jubilee celebration slated to held during November 2013 at Kohima.
