Naga Business Owners’ Association Dimapur District (NBOADD) has now changed its nomenclature to Business Association of Nagas (BAN) during its first general council meeting held Saturday at Anaki building conference hall, Khermahal, Dimapur.
BAN advisor Dr. Aotoshi, also the chairman of CII, Nagaland said the formation of BAN was the need of the hour as the association represent the voice the Naga business community. DCCI president Hokivi Chishi lauded the efforts made for the formation of BAN.
The constitution of BAN was presented by drafting committee member Joel Kath. The meeting was chaired by Thungbemo Murry, chairman BAN.
So far over 800 hundred Naga business owners have registered with the association and more were expected. The general meeting was attended by over 300 business owners.
