VCU Peren to preserve ecology

To safeguard and to create awareness on preservation of ecological environment and wildlife within its jurisdiction, village chairman union (VCU), Peren has reminded all the villages under Peren that the village destroying local environment and wildlife would be penalized by stopping grant-in-aid allocation.

In a press statement, VCU Peren president, Namgong informed that the fund deducted would be utilized for protection of environment through various activities.

The president stated that the notification has been served following awareness programme held on October 22 conducted by Forest Department Jalukie on the topic, “Save Amur Falcon”.
