LHD resolves to use ‘Lotha’ nomenclature

Lotha Hoho Dimapur (LHD) has resolved that the present name “Lotha” would be used for all purposes till authentic confirmation for any change was officially arrived at.

Lotha Hoho Dimapur, which held its general meeting November 16 at Hoho Ki, also adopted other resolutions after discussing various agendas, covering vast range of subjects.

In a press release, Hoho chairman T.L. Merry and general secretary Renathung Ezung stated that the meeting also resolved on amendment of Lotha Hoho Dimapur constitution, registration of Lotha Hoho Dimapur as NGO under the home department, government of Nagaland, to extend support to Naga Foot Hills Road Construction Committee (NFHRCC) and Lotha Hoho Dimapur membership to Naga Council Dimapur.
