VJ’s coaching centre celebrated its 13th foundation day on December 10 at its campus, Duncan Dimapur with an opening act of “cultural show” by the girls from VJCC girl’s hostel.
Speaker of the programme, lecture Moa Walling who is also a faculty of the coaching centre termed education as the most important thing above all and encouraged the students to have an aim in life.
Walling also challenged the students and faculty of the coaching centre to pursue the motto of the centre i.e. “To strive, to seek, to find.”
Earlier, in her welcome address, proprietress Amenla Longchar thanked the students, faculty, parents, guardian, alumni and well wishers for attending the foundation day. Longchar also remembered her late husband, Benny VJ who started the coaching centre in year 2000.
On the foundation day, the centre also awarded best student award (male and female) to Zioba T Sangtam and Grace W Lotha.
The programme was organized by its proprietress Amenla Longchar along with the faculty and students.
