LCC adopts several resolutions

Landmark Colony Council (LCC) at a meeting held on February 3 has adopted resolutions for strict compliance. In a press release, council chairman, Talilemba, and secretary, I. Shikavi Kinimi said on receiving reports/complaints from the public of youths loitering in the Children’s Park at odd hours causing inconvenience to the nearby residents, the council had resolved to restrict such activities after 8 p.m. for which any person (s) not adhering the order would be penalized by the council.
The release also stated that on finding many stray dogs loitering in the colony without proper care by the owners which might be dangerous to pedestrians, the council unanimously decided to restrict stray dogs in the colony for which it has directed all residents to keep their pets with proper chaining.
The council further informed that any dogs loitering in the streets .colony after the expiry date of 30 days, the council would initiate its own course of action while also reminding the residents that restriction of rearing pigs in the colony still stands.
