NSCN (K) Chang region on defection of cadres

Reacting to the news items on ‘FGN Chang region welcomes cadres’ published in this daily on April 9, NSCN (K) Chang region in a press release issued by Imlongnukshi Chang, chairman   Chang region NSCN (K), stated that, ‘major’ Chingmak Chang first joined NSCN (K) and then defected to NSCN ((I-M) and then to GPRN/NSCN and again returned back to NSCN (K). 
He was later arrested  by  Chang region  NSCN (K) for collection of  taxes without the  knowledge  of regional  or central  authorities  and  his name has been  forwarded  to GHQ for termination and that  azha was  awaited.
Meantime, he claimed that ‘maj.’ Chingmak went down to Dimapur and approach GPRN/ NSCN authorities to join but he was not accepted. He then returned back to Tuensang and joined FGN with “rank purchased from bazaar   as Lt.Colonel”, stated the chairman.
 The chairman also stated that, Bin Soyen was earlier a ‘private’ in NSCN (K) when he joined NSCN (I-M) he was terminated from the group after which for “more than six years” he remained a public “doing whatnot.”
He then approached NSCN (K) Chang region to join in civil  set up but he was kept under observation as  his “unstable  mind  and insane   behavior” was learnt through his acts. The chairman said that his joining to FGN with “bazaar rank 2nd Lt” of NSCN (K) to tarnish the image of NSCN (K) will not be erased easily.   He then said that  Ayen Raja Peyu, was appointed as Raja Peyu by the then chairman of NSCN (K) Chingmak Chang new Kilonser in FGN.  Ayen  was summoned  by chamber of commerce  Tuensang for  harassing  and taking money from one shop which  invited  lot of criticism  from peace  loving  citizens of Tuensang.
The chairman said he was terminated and joined FGN by using the name of NSCN (K) which would not be erased easily.  Further, the chairman said that NSCN (K) Chang region is happy that FGN was accommodating “hand to mouth and garbage” persons for the service of Naga nationalism while stating “birds of same feathers flock together.”
