MITE goes on a field trip to Touphema

Students and teachers along with staff of Modern Institute of Teacher education (MITE) had gone on a field trip to Touphema village, model village, April 11and interacted with ten GBs and elders in pursuance of BEd programme and fulfilling co scholastic objective of conducting field trip.
Staff and students during interaction discussed matters on village sanitation, personal hygiene, education, environment, customary judicial system, women empowerment, population etc.
Meanwhile, the students- teachers have appreciated and urged villagers to improve education, technology and preserve their heritage.
