Project Director (PD) meeting cum DPC MGNREGA DRDA Kohima was held on May 21 at Khuzama village along with block officials and village functionaries under RD block Jakhama. Resource person of the programme was project director cum DPC MGNREGA DRDA Kohima Thungdeno Mozhui. In the meeting important issues like MGNREGA convergence, Indira Awaaz Yojna (IAY), electronic fund management system (EFMS) under MGNREGA programme, national rural livelihood mission (NRLM), VDB account audit, success story of RD programme, RTI and jungle burning in the village areas was discussed. Later VCC, VDB presented brief report on the implementation of various programme schemes in the villages.
Meanwhile, project director DRDA Kohima inspected various project schemes implemented by VDB Khuzama along with block officials.
