Reacting to the GRPS report with regard to the arrest of CISF personnel at Dimapur railway station on charges of possessing 50,000 capsules of spasmo proxyvon, the deputy commandant CISF unit DHEP Doyang has clarified that “ex-constable/GD Mithilesh Kumar was overstayed from leave since 20.09.2012 and subsequently removed from CISF w.e.f. 25.06.2013 and now he has no connection with CISF.” In a press release, CISF deputy commandant requested “to clarify the facts before publishing as it was not done in this case, which has led to tarnishing the image of CISF as a disciplined Armed Force of India.”
