Condolences for slain policeman

ANSU: The All Nchangram students’ union (ANSU) has extended deepest condolences to the bereaved family members of late Thiubuibo Zeliang, who was killed in the line of duty on the midnight of June 13 at Dimapur.
In a press release, ANSU saluted the brave soul who has laid down his life for the service of his people. “ANSU also strongly condemns the activity of the accused who in his inebriated state obstructed the law enforcers from carrying out their duty thereby leading to the death of an innocent policeman,” stated the release.
Meanwhile, the union has appealed to all the responsible organizations to condemn the incident. ANSU demanded proper investigation into the sequence of events leading to the death of Thiubuibo and demands highest punishment to the culprit according to the law of the land.
LSUD: Liangmai Students Union Dimapur (LSUD) has expressed grief at the demise of unarmed branch constable (UBC) late Thiubuibo Zeliang (28), who was killed June 13.  In a condolence message, LSUD president Khiudia Newmai and general secretary Petingmkhu Nchang stated that they have lost a brother who was brave and keen to serve the society. LSUD stated that Nagas in general and Zeliang people in particular would always be proud for the gallantry award that was received by late Thiubuibo for the shootout and elimination of wanted kidnapper at Dillai, 2013.
Union further conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
BJYM: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Nagaland unit has mourned the death of UBC Lt. Thiubuibo Zeliang who died in an incident during a night operation.
In a condolence message, BJYM Nagaland unit general secretary (orgn) Mathew K Janger said Thiubuibo died while discharging his duty and revealed the dignity of duty through his action. BJYM said it saluted the selfless service rendered by late Thiubuibo and said the brave policemen sacrificed his life for the greater interest the public. BJYM prayed Almighty God give eternal peace to the departed soul and also offered condolences to the bereaved family members.
