Mon hospital Jun 23 incident issue resolved

In regard to the incidence and misunderstanding which occurred at Mon District Hospital on June 23 between the Hospital fraternity and one of the NSCN (K) cadre Kaiyong Konyak, the same was resolved on June 26 amicably and permanently in the spirit of forgive and forget.
In a press statement, the Konyak Union clarified that the press statement of  “condemnation”  send through Email for publication on June 25 evening could not publish in due right time. However, after sequence of meetings and settlement of the issues the same news item appeared in the local newspaper on June 27.
Konyak Union president S Manlip Konyak and the general secretary Y Hosea clarified that the misunderstanding which was cropped-up in the District Hospital Mon had been resolved amicably and permanently in the spirit of forgive and forget. In the meant time, KU has also retracted the press statement which appeared in the local magazine as it might have hurt and caused the sentiments of the persons concerned.
 Further the KU also extent sincere gratitude’s and thanks to all the KU Advisory members, KNSK, KSU, NSCN (K) representatives, doctors, nurses and concerned authority of Mon District Hospital for their cooperation and understanding. The KU also appealed the incoming patients or the attendances to properly maintain discipline inside the Hospital. It further appealed the doctors and nurses and authority of Mon District Hospital to effectively and sincerely dispense the best services in days to come.
