Parliamentary secretary for planning & co-ordiation, evaluation and monitoring Neiba Kronu has called on Rajiv Takru, secretary Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), North Eastern Council (NEC) secretary and other officers in order to streamline the various projects implemented in the state of Nagaland as there were loopholes in implementing the projects. According to a report, Krnou also highlighted the hurdles faced by the state government with the little fund allocated by the ministry. He asked the DoNER and NEC to release more funds and change the funding pattern so that more development can take place in the state. DoNER secretary assured him all possibilities in assisting the various projects and requested the state government to submit timely utilization certificate (UCs) and physical progress of the work.
