Orgns condemn murder of teenage girl

Various organizations have condemned murder of a teenage girl September 11, whose body was found between Bhandari and Merapani area in school uniform.
BTEH: Bhandari Town Eloe Hoho (BTEH) has vehemently condemned the murder of a school girl, a class XI student, between Bhandari and Merapani.
In a press release, BTEH president Thungjanbeni Tungoe while condemning the incident said such inhuman action has no place in the society. BETH strongly urged the law enforcing agency to book the culprit(S) at the earliest and award befitting punishment according to the law
BTSU, KLRSU: Bhandari Town Students Union (BTSU) and Kyong Lower Range Students’ Union (KLRSU) has also vehemently condemned the murder.
In a statement BTSU president Abel Mozhui and KLRSU president Subenthung Kikon said such inhuman act particularly towards students community would not be tolerated at any cost. The organizations appealed the law enforcing authorities to arrest the culprit(s) at the earliest and award befitting punishment for the heinous crime.
BTSU and KLRSU also urged every right thinking citizens and civil organizations to strongly condemn the inhuman act and stated that both the union would not remain mute spectators until the culprit(s) are arrested and punished according to the law.
LHWT: Longsa Hoho Wokha Town (LHWT) has vehemently condemned the murder of an innocent teenage girl at Merapani area.
In press release, LHWT chairman Michael Pithung Ezung and secretary Dr. Oren Ezung while condemning the murder urged the district administration and the investigating agency to immediately book the culprit(s) at the earliest.
LHWT also requested the state government to grant ex-gratia to the victim’s family on humanitarian ground. Meanwhile, supporting the demand made by DLYP, LHWT also urged the state government to immediately set up an SIT to probe the case.
The hoho conveyed its condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
WCSU: Wokha Circle Students’ Union (WCSU) has condemned the murder of a teenage girl from Longsa village. In a press release, union president Chanbemo Humtsoe while stating that they found no words strong enough to denounce the terrible crime urged the responsible authorities to take the incident seriously and award befitting punishment to the murderer(s).
WCSU expressing its deep agony and pain also conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for the eternal rest of the departed soul.
LLRPO: The Lotha Lower Range Public Organization (LLRPO) has strongly condemned the brutal murder of a Class XI girl of GHSS Bhandari town late Gloria Ezung while she was on his way to appear her Exam at GHSS Bhandari with full school uniform between Marachu village and Bhandari town on September 11.
While condemning the murder, LLRPO has demanded the law enforcing agency for immediately arrest the criminal and award befitting punishment according to the law. LLRPO vice president, Chenirao Jami, has also conveyed condolence to the bereaved family and prayed her soul to rest in peace.
KLH: Kohima Longsa Hoho (KLH), while strongly condemning the brutal murder of a 19 year old school girl hailing from Longsa village under Wokha district, said such an act of heinous crime was beyond unimaginable capacity for a human being adding the murderer(s) does not deserve a place to be in a society.
The Hoho chairman, Er. Zachariah Ezung, has urged the government and the responsible authorities to take up the unpleasant incident critically and booked the criminal(s) at the earliest. The Hoho has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

BTSU, KLRSU: Bhandari Town Students’ Union (BTSU) and Kyong Lower Range Students’ Union (KLRSU) have also condemned the murder of late Gloria Ezung on September 11. BTSU and KLRSU stated that such inhuman act particularly towards the students would not be tolerated at any cost and has urged the law enforcing authorities to arrest the culprit(s) at the earliest and award befitting punishment to anyone involved in the heinous crime.
President BTSU and KLRSU Abel Mozhui and Subenthung Kikon also urged every right thinking citizens and civil organizations to strongly condemn such inhuman act. It further stated that both unions would not remain mute spectators until the culprit(s) are arrested and punished according to the law.
