TM to host music and indigenous games festival

Team Metamorphosis, with an aim to revive the fast disappearing indigenous culture and to create greater platform to promote talents and social values, has announced to organise its first edition ‘Festival of music and  indigenous games/arts’ on the theme “Transcending culture” at public ground in Wokha town on November 4 and 5.
The Team has invited every fun loving citizen to come and witness the first ever competition of indigenous games and music festival.
The highlights of the event would include Go Karting, Greased bamboo pole climbing, Javelins throw, Top spinning, Yodeling, Cock fight, Catapult shooting, Stilt Bamboo walk racing and many more exciting treat. The Go Karting race along the sloping road from Wokha Town Baptist Church down to the Police Point junction would be held on the second day at 6 A.M.
The team also informed all individual/parties interested to participate in the indigenous games to collect the forms from Hotel Hornbill, Micro Word Computer and Humri Bakery in Wokha before October 25.
