A common teachers’ day programme will be held on September 5, 1 pm at Christian Higher Secondary School (CHSS), Dimapur.
Parliamentary secretary for irrigation and flood control, Jacob Zhimomi would grace the occasion as chief guest while DC Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome as guest of honour.
All the head of institutions have been asked to send at least fifteen students with five teachers for the programme. Schools have been asked to reach the venue by 12:30 pm.
Deputy District Education Officer Dimapur further informed that disciplinary action would be initiated against defaulting schools.
DDEO Peren informs: Deputy district education officer (DDEO) has asked all teachers of both private and government schools under DEP Peren to attend teachers’ day celebration scheduled on September 5, 9:30 a.m. at town hall Peren.
