Four-day, 4th mega north-east cultural competition organized by Dimapur Bengali Samaj organized the 4th mega North-East cultural competition culminated September 13 at Dimapur. Renowned artistes from the entire northeast with more than 700 contestants participated in the event. Parliamentary secretary IPR Khekaho Assumi inaugurated the event as chief guest on September 11.
According to, DBS president K. K. Paul, the parliamentary secretary lauded the Bengalis for preserving their cultural heritage and appreciated their contribution in the fields of education, economy and social life.
