With a view to create a platform for the older generation to take a shot at another chance to becoming a star, the Naga Production House held the auditions for the first ever ‘The Veteran Star’ at hotel Apna, Church Road, Dimapur, Thursday.
Altogether, 11 contestants were selected in the first audition. The second audition is scheduled to be held on September 25 at Hotel Apna. People from various professions participated in the contest with varied dreams.
Some of the contestants say it could be their last shot at fame, while some say they were in pursuit of happiness though their life had past the hay days.
Although all the contestants appeared for the auditions with different aspirations, one thing they all had in common was their passion to sing.
