Naga entrepreneurs attend CAYE Asia summit

A group of young Naga entrepreneurs from Nagaland attended the 4th Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (CAYE)-Asia Young Entrepreneurs Summit in Kuala Lumpur from October 30 to November 2, 2015.
Hosted by CAYE-Asia, the summit is an annual gathering of over 200 young entrepreneurs from across the Commonwealth Asia Region to network, build business linkages, conduct field studies and participate in skills and capacity building sessions.
At the summit, the delegates jointly prepared a final communiqué articulating their commitments and recommendations, which will be submitted to member governments through the Commonwealth Secretariat.
Held on the theme “Seeker to Creator”, this year’s summit was aimed to share best practices and insights from entrepreneurs who made the leap into entrepreneurship and became job creators and were creating impact in their community.
Five young Naga entrepreneurs attended the summit on special invitation by Rahul Mirchandani, the founder president of CAYE Asia.
Sending of Naga entrepreneurs to the summit was as part of YouthNet’s objective of promoting entrepreneurship in the state. YouthNet entrepreneurship program is a part of ‘Impact 5000 by 18’ which is a five-year campaign on entrepreneurship, skill development and employment in partnership with the government of Nagaland. 
Five entrepreneurs included Tsukti Longkumar (chairman, Longpok Holdings), Among Anjo (managing partner, Touch Organization), Hyunilo Anilo Khing (chair Yi, Nagaland chapter), Alezo Kense (partner, Synergy Group Enterprise) and Lezo Putsure (chief strategist, YouthNet)
